our ethos
The first few years of a child’s life are important and fundamental to their future. Therefore, we strive to provide a home-from-home environment where children are nurtured, secure and most importantly, feel safe within our care to learn and develop.
Our days are filled with experiences and play based learning which is led from the children’s innate curiosity. The children are supported by our qualified early years practitioners who enhance their learning opportunities.
Partnerships with parents and guardians are vital and we achieve this by working closely with all our families, to provide a unique service to accommodate every child’s individual needs.

safeguarding
Little Lambs has a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. In alignment with our safeguarding policies, sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns for a child's welfare. We will always ensure that our concerns about children are discussed with their parents/carers first, unless we feel this is not in the child's best interests.
